You will need a surveyor (geometra) on all projects, and they are the link that draws up the correct paperwork and submits for the relevant permissions. I manage the project using my 30 years experience in architectural interior design from the UK, as well as here in Italy, to create beautiful interiors to match your imagination. The key importance is the liason between you the client, the geometra, the on-site tradesmen, and to push the project forward to meet the deadline. As well as the layouts, and liaison with the on-site team, I also help locate and supply all items for the house. Each project is unique to itself, reflecting the clients character and personality, and I work tenaciously to bring these requirements to fruition.
